We build. We write clean, test-backed code (Sidekiq, RSpec, TypeScript) and deliver work in small, reviewable Pull Requests. We communicate directly via Git, Slack, and short loom reviews — avoiding meetings for status updates.
Verification & Hand-off
We don't just ship code; we verify outcomes. We verify latency, run database performance profiles, and document the architecture. Once everything is validated, we hand over clean code and documentation for your team.
Retainers over estimates.
We work on a weekly or project retainer model. We don't bill by the hour, and we don't write endless scoping amendments. You pay for execution and engineering leverage.
